Pricing Options
Lyon HR offers 3 different pricing options to suits your needs and budget:
Monthly Retainer
This allows us to get to know and understand your business and your HR needs. A monthly retainer fee buys you a number of hours per month for an ‘on-call service’, meaning that you have access to advice and support with HR queries any day of the week. If your needs are variable you can either carry over any unused hours to the following month, or choose to buy additional time. This makes for a very cost effective service.
HR Projects
This costing plan is designed for more in-depth HR projects or those that are medium to long term such delivering a management training programme, establishing an HR Department or a company re-structure and redundancy programme. The charge is based on a subsidised daily rate based on the timeframe of the progamme of work.
Pay as you Go
Opting for the ‘Pay as you Go’ price plan will mean that you are charged at an hourly rate. We offer reduced hourly rates for voluntary/ third sector organisations. This is the most cost effective option if you are looking for ad hoc support to deal with particular issues as and when they arise. This might include a disciplinary investigation, management of a sickness absence case or a grievance hearing. We will discuss with you the likely time estimate for each piece of work and work with you throughout to discuss any developments so you are in charge of your costs.
