  • Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (MCIPD)
  • PG Cert in Business and Executive Coaching – University of Chester (ongoing)
  • MA in Human Resource Management – Westminster University
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management – Portsmouth University
  • BA in Social Psychology – Sussex University
  • Certified in Psychometric Testing (levels A & B)
